Where do you intend buying it? That could limit your choice/s.

Please do post any discussion about Singapore hobby shops in the above thread, so that the information is all in one place :)

Regarding the listed radios, the Aurora 9 is in a class of its own.  The DX8 has telemetry support, which is missing in the 8FG.  Any of these will serve your purpose. Hitec is not that common, compared to the other two (which may or may not be an issue).

The touch sensitive wheel on the 8FG takes a bit of getting used to, although it is convenient.

VFM - nothing to "touch" the Aurora 9. It is absolutely amazing for the price. The (main) advantage of Futaba is the sheer numbers around. Getting additional receivers, buddy cords, etc. is so much easier. These are the two I would be looking at, for what it is worth. But Sanwa is also a worthwhile, close third!

aurora9 is costing around  :Rs:18600 in singapore with optima7rx  and dx8 about :Rs:21700 in dubai.i dont know about sanwa  pricing.
but my budget is 25000 max.because it will be a one time purchase for me i want the biggest bang for my money.

Tom's RC, in the US is selling the Aurora 9 with 9 ch Rx, all Batteries, Universal charger AND 4 5485 Digital servos for USD 456. I am sure you could negotiate for similar prices in Singapore. No harm in trying!

i heard that it is risky to order tx through airmail/ems etc due to customs hedache.so it will be difficult to buy from US toms rc also i dont have any  experience in ordering rc stuff from abroad.buying personally from singapore is much better option for me i think.
