It does so when you turn in the radio with the throttle on. Bringing the throttle to 0 should turn it off.

Either it should be a drained battery or the Mode change switch is not in the extreme position and got struck in the middle.
Try with the RX on.

Throttle should be 0 means all the way down.You have mentioned TX beeps even throttle at middle position is equal to 50% throttle.

@Roby

Your ESC is XT60 FEMALE connector and battery got Deans connector. you have to cut any connector and solder it with match

i am stuck with the connector, ordered it from rcb, will get it soon. But i need to know how to bind things with esc, i've heard that esc makes some specific sounds that helps you to program it and are the positions, for elevators ailerons etc are preprogrammed or we 'll have to program them in rcb6i?

ESC needs Calibration.

Only TX->RX needs Binding,

Binding procedure:
Step 1:Put your TX in proper Mode using mode switch.
Step 2:Pull down the Throttle to Zero.
Step 3:select the Bind option in your TX
Step 4:While pressing the Bind button, Connect The RX with ESC using the 3pin cable sticking out from the ESC that should look identical like a Servo wire.
Step 5:After 5-6 seconds you should see the RX light glowing Steady.
Step 6:Remove the RX from ESC connection, Switch off the TX, and Switch on it back again.
Step 7: Connect the ESC to RX back again, now connect a servo to channel 1 and move the right stick left and right, it should work.

Refer the manual with these steps and this should give a good idea.
There is a Video on this forum from Thehobbyshop.in on ESC, motor, RX, connections. have a look at it.
For ESC calibration there are lot of videos on youtube.
