Help! I have connected my fly sky ct6b with t6 config but no effect

hey guys i need your help.i have flysky ct6b transmitter.when i connect it to t6 config , green bars are moving when i move the sticks .
when i reverse or mix any channel there is no effect on the transmitter.
any help or solution is most welcome

Follow these steps and post your observations-
Download latest t6 config software from the net, uninstall your previous t6 config and usb to serial. Reinstall .net, usb to serial and latest t6 config. Connect your tx to pc and turn on the tx, click get user. Make changes and click save, enter a name and exit. Hope this helps and keep posted of the proceedings. Good luck!
