On the sim part, a simple search leads to this :

hello every one

when i was checking the display setting on my new turnigy 9x TX
what i did was
i first turned on the TX and then went  to menu  and then setting and  went to DISPLAY

AND HERE

i can see that when i move  the  throttle stick ( left stick ) slowly up
 but in the display
i see the
 ELE  moves up and down

and when i move rudder

 AIL moves

on the other stick ( right stick )

when moved left and  right - where as the display shows the RUD  moves left and right

same to the ele  stick moves the throttle

NOTE : THE TX is not yet binded to the Rx ( just checking the display function )

AND NOW  what i mean to say that the left stick is oppreating the function of the right stick and the right stick is oppreating the function of the left stick

so IS IT A SERIOUS ISSUE  :headscratch:

HOW DO I CORRECT IT  ???

PLEASE HELP  :help: :help: :help: :help: :h

first congrats getting a turnigy  {:)}

check the mode in which you are. I am sure its in heli mode thats why you are seeing all these things moving. these are the movements for cyclic controls :D.

Second go to the system setting and change the stick mode to mode 2 that will solve all your issues

third there is one famous saying for linux when we come to any doubts and struck some the leads would say =>'RTFM'  :giggle: . So read the manual first  .your tx perfectly fine  ;D

thanks  azhaguvel

now the second thing is that  the TX is  making a continues beep sound like
teet ... teet....teet

now how to solve this sound   ???

what i think is that the  battery voltage is low ( as i am using alkaline battery )

if i am right

how to correct  :headscratch:

yes the tx will make sound if the battery volts is lower then 9 V and shuts down at 8.5 V. change your battery. always use standard batteries. duracell are the best for this.

It does not come with the manual. search in net for flysky 9x or imax 9x manual they are one and the same. you will get one. I am using lipo on my tx

previously i was using this with some diodes soldered

http://www.hobbyking.com/hobbyking/store/uh_viewItem.asp?idProduct=9787

now I am using this one in my tx.
http://www.hobbyking.com/hobbyking/store/uh_viewItem.asp?idProduct=14076

its awesome fits perfectly in the tx and no more diodes cos it charges maximum to 10.8 V.

Has anyone tried burning the custom firmware er9x for turnigy, it requires some soldering in the transmitter too.

foamy builder. Flashing the turnigy 9x is already discussed here.
http://www.rcindia.org/radios-and-receivers/open-source-rc-radio/

but I havent tried one. you need to buy the AVR programming unit first.
