Phoenix for helis.  For airplanes, I could not see much difference between the major ones, Real Flight is often recommended.

AeroFly Professional Deluxe, Great for 3d flying esp, with some practice you can pull off a decent hover with Giles 202, Extra 300. Great for Aeros, For circuit flg ain't great

These do not work without cost if there is any other way let me know please

Real flight emulator does not detect all channels of 'MY' simulator box so didn't work for me, phoenix needs a USB interface to work - at least I was not able to make these work. However these sims are good i feel phoenix is the best

Aerofly however is a good bet works easily needs some tinkering with calibration that's all its a commercial software but works for free too........ good physics and graphics far better than FMS

The real flight emulator may say that it detects co-ordinates for  2-3 channels only but after then when u launch the sim and go to callibration then it detects all of your channels properly. This is the issue i face. even if it recognizes just one channel its fine, i just launch the sim and configure all my channels later.

Freely available simulators have a lot of graphics problem. I agree with anwar sir.
Phoenix - Helis
Realflight G4/5 or Aerofly professional Delux - Airplanes
