Receiver is Hitec HFS 06 MT 6 channel I will post the photo. All the connections are correct.
You need to provide a whole lot more BASIC information, starting with
1) Your level of experience dealing with RC in general, and helis in particular.
2) Where did you buy the heli from, and did it come assembled and ready to fly or did you assemble it ? Are the people who sold you the heli unable to assist ?
3) On one hand, you are asking basic questions, but on the other hand, you are totally confident that all connections are correct. This is confusing.
4) What transmitter are you using ?
5) You are saying the "receiver worked for a few days"... do you mean the heli worked for a few days ? What exactly do you mean with the word "receiver" ? Did you mean the "transmitter" ?
In short, trying to debug/assist in such issues remotely requires a lot more information to be made available, preferably with pictures. One thing is for sure, you will need the transmitter to have adequate battery power, and the lipo battery you use on the heli (I guess the one you are calling receiver battery) also needs to have adequate charge. Usually the lipo used to power the heli will last less than 15 minutes, so again there is some confusion when you said "it worked for a few days".
Your best option may be to meet up with local flyers, and this can be a good start :
