Aeromodelling is a hobby very dear to us my dear friend. In the zeal to get it early as described by you in your ebay listing that it will be dispatched in two days of purchase. I bought it from you. I was not expecting you will deliver one month late and that too counterfeit replicas of the original DVD with a used Simulator bought by you on 13 Sep 2011 from ebay.com ebay ID : wi-model2. The Original DVD you have conveniently retained with yourself and  making all tall claims it is working with you its of no concern to me. What you have sent me is not what you have posted, at-least for the sake of inflated claim it is worth Rs 2300/-. Who cares if it is working with you or not. You have not sent me the same product working with you but sent me a counterfeit copy of the same.

No one is begging from you for Rs 2300/-. In your Dreams if you are expecting that I will be scammed  and cheated for even Rs 1/- leave alone Rs 2300/- by a Kid in the position and stature where I am. You are living in a world of online fraud and piracy and you expect your word to be believed as a gospel truth you are living in a fantasy princess fairy land my boy.

I have posted the exact link of where you have bought the product for exactly Rs 600/- pulled out from your own ebay feedback profile. Still you want to claim Its Rs 2300/- worth. You don't even have a working replacement to give me let alone delivering the piece you bought from ebay.com intact to me.

You have posted in your link a brand new, original box packed, two day delivery, 7 day return policy in your listing description.  After sending a counterfeit replica now fighting immaturely saying I will not give a refund is childish. Like I told you earlier if I did not have an intention of buying from you I would not given you the time extension for delivery in ebay which you requested for. I would have got refund 15 Days back. I tried to live up to my commitment of purchase in ebay but you still want to make fake claims after sending me a replicated copy and used non working simulator dongle

Hey boy, had I been at your place, I would have sincerely apologised and refunded the amount .... You know why ?

a) Creating a cordial relationship is much important than earning only 2300 Rs
b) He is a highly respectable senior officer, for him there is no loss but a disappointment that another fellow beccome a cheater.
c) Given a chance, If a Senior office of his rank and intellect is ready to become my friend in just 2300 Rs, I would jump of that opportunity.

Every seller has the right to sell anything at the price which he thinks its worth. But surely that does not absolve him from delivering what he has promised for that price. You cannot get away with listing an illusion and deliver peanuts.

And there is one other thing that RC India does, and does pretty well.. that is to help ensure scammers are brought to light.

It seems like you had no idea that RCDhamaka was selling the same item for much less, guess that is your gripe against them ? Rule number one in business is to "know your competition", and you seem to have failed spectacularly at that.

I have sent a genuine working piece ... why would i lie ,,i sold a 700rs thing at 2000rs and why would i risk of selling a wrong thing ...i was having a straight 150% profit .... !!!!  I would like to post a link of my simulator once it reaches me , proving that it works ...

2> mind whom you are talking to: you are talking to and about the masters in this field. sundaram sir and gusty sir has given 10 time more than what he paid you in kind donations or as starters for enthusiasts in the field. ( just get a background check). They have spent many times more in this hobby that what ever you have earned till today. both have more experience and knowledge you will find in other 100 rc fliers.

3> what you are selling and at what price you are selling is of no means/issue to me or any one. the seller can sell it for his price. the buyer has to think if to buy or not. so no issue in this case.
where you had a fault was that you posted the advertise and accepted cash when you did not have the product in hand...! fine there also as sandy sir was considerate... but if you send such a piece its logical to ask for a replacement or a refund ( you refused both, what kind of a seller are you..??)

4> i had a same experience with a sim dongle with RCbazaar they sent me a new one right away, i sent them the damaged one around a month late and this was one when they were just starting. now it is one of my favorites...
MORAL: u need to get customers happy with the product you are selling... even if you might be not getting much of a profit from it..! even if they were wrong and you were right.!

5> people whom you are calling jobless are defense personnel. think u dont know what defense is...

LOOK AT YOUR COMPETITIONS and what is the price it is sold in india. yes if it was a original OS engine and you took 100% profit it would be understandable as no one stocks it in india now( or getting rare) you wanted to take advantage agreeable there ..!!

DONT GET ME WRONG just want to prove the point that think before you act. If you are getting into rc then u need advice, help , suggestions and not to mention material. you can have a gold mine of the first three from them( even the fourth if you get lucky )

Your father is a RC pilot, ask him, this is a very small community like you rightly pointed out in the pm, people give stuff and rarely ask for / take money for it, we crash 1000s of rs kaput, but we move on, this hobby teaches us to let go, no other hobby does that to your psyche, there have been instances in this very forum, where people came around and now they are guys who have been accepted into this scaffold with open arms, humility is the key, don't they or didn't they teach you this at montfort's ( I am a Montfort product too) like i told you in PM, don't stick to your guns, say sorry uncondtionally, refund and continue here in this forum as if nothing happened,(the answers for questions you will have will be better than what you get at HobbyKing, there people post for earning credits, here? no such selfish motives) we once in a while have difference of opinion with our parents and siblings, they don't seize to be one after the pow-wow isn't?
