what kind of dongle works with turnigy 9x

What of the avaliable dongles in india will work with turnigy. are these dongles software specific or controller specific.
i have seen 1 in hobbysea. so will it work with phenoix software only or all other softwares

I have a 5-in-1 dongle purchased from RC Bazaar. It has a selection switch to select the specific software you wish to use. Like, Real Flight, FMS ,Pheonix, aerofly .
