You have to open up the Tx to check and fix. If you are not an electronics experienced person, take help from experienced seniors near to you. So, moving one stick, insted of moving one servo more than one servo moves. If this occurs, you need to disable heli mix. Just open up the battery and you will get two microswitch that can be operated from there with thin screw-driver or thick pin. Try those switch and you get individual control. There may be two set of switch. One set changes the mode and another set controls heli mix. Each set contain two switch and each switch should have 6 terminals. Please check.

But that happened when I tried using the "Mix" option in its software. I can't remember what happened, but now only 4 channels are working. Is there any option which can get back the default/factory settings?
