Title: Walkera 2602 Beep Problem - ! HELP !
Post by: gbisht on July 07, 2011, 06:41:39 PM
Hi

I have walkera 2602 Transmitter, and ordered Strom 11.1v 8C Battry pack for transmitter,
I recieved it today and when I installed it on Transmitter my transmitter is giving me continous beep and Transmitter LED only showing battry status.
Before installing that new battery Transmitter was working Perfectly Fine.

11.1 before charge...................12.3 After Charge.

then I put my 8xAA battery back, and faced same issue,

Please help me.

8 c dischrage seems too high for a tx normally tx batteries are at max 3-4 c, try resetting the transmitter if there is an option I think it has gone in voltage protection mode which happens when you put in high capacity batteries in Transmitters.

Also check if any of your flight mode switch (if any)  is on,  as it can also cause this battery image on main screen and continous beeping

Hey Don't worry you have not lost the transmitter, the battery that you have ordered is recommend for this transmitter so it won't hur it just make sure that you do simple maths as 8AA dry cells is 12 volts so charge this lipo upto 12 volts or 12.1 volts max it will increase lipo as well as Tx life.

As this is a 6 channel heli transmitter should have a switch called idle up /flight mode 1 or 0 switch which is normally on the top left shoulder of the Tx just flick it back and it should remove the error.
