Well.... the advice given by KK Sir is absolutely correct.  We must always be careful of the battery voltage.  The issue here is that the battery also powers the Rx and the servos.... if the batt goes too low than the performance of everything gets effected.  OR else use separate battery for the Rx to save such a situation.

hey guys,after about 5 months of waiting or rather say that i totally gave up. Today i got an excellent news,about my quadrotor. one man from my area who knew about my lost quad,informed me that he knew a guy stating that the man took it with him,which is now abt 150km away.he said that the quad was laying on the roadside where the man who was actually a driver was out for toilet,found it and took it with him.

now i have to personally go to him,until then fingers crossed.

Guys have you watched Amir Khan's PK ? If yes you must have noticed how in the opening scene Amir landed from the space ship and his Remote is snatched off my a man who than runs away !! Which clearly displays Indian mantelaty ! This is what has happened with Shyam bro ! Its India man a crashes won't do that much damage but people around will do enough to make you bang your head ! yep an absolutely best movie,its hard to guess about condition of my quad,the man must have kept it or dismantled it,cant say anything but if i find it,i will definitely give him a reward

finally came to  know that, the person who had the quad cant be contacted,nobody know him.quads gone

Same thing happened with me a few weeks back
I was flying in Delhi at a small park wkth my RCB6i.
Had just installed a fresh battery in my tricopter which i just built a few days back and had only flown 2 or three times.
I throttled up a bit and my radio suddenly lost signal, it kept going up and drifting away until i could only see a dot, and then nothing at all.
There was still about 20mins of flight time left, must have gone several kilometers away.

Followed it a bit, but then I knew that nothing could be done.
Just had to accept it.

Haven't used that transmitter since, and now all my copters have failsafe.

Hey guys, same experience here but when my flight went out of control i switched off the transmitter and the model just crashed. I also noticed that this problem with Fsct6b is due to low transmitter battery, from then on i' being carefull to fully charge my batteries.

It was just around 20ft high.
And no issues with the battery.
Just lost connection, just like that.

 @pushpreet my deepest sympathy to you,now we are in the same page,i know whats it feels when a quad becomes a dot in mid air

its fine @roshan,nothing can be done..but this cant deter me from building another quad,hoping to build within a couple of months

Today is the happiest day of my life,i jst found my quad after 10 months of patience and waiting

Condition was good, not pretty bad two motors damaged due to rusting and havent tested those esc and only one broken arm,it was found by local villagers about 3-4km from my  place

congrats shyam .... Ur one lucky guy to get Ur model back...

  for the villagers for returning it to you so modestly.
