Title: WPC ETA: Merchant Supplier on behalf of Manfacturer Post by: mehmat on November 18, 2021, 11:56:53 AM For importing wireless products in India, after getting ETA WPC and License, is it mandatory that the foreign exporter should be the same as the manufacturer mentioned in the WPC ETA. Or can a foreign exporter invoice work by writing manufacturer details in the foreign exporter commercial invoice?
