Title: WPC ETA: Merchant Supplier on behalf of Manfacturer
Post by: zzvisz on October 05, 2018, 12:00:05 AM
For importing wireless products in India, after getting ETA WPC and License, is it mandatory that the foreign exporter should be the same as the manufacturer mentioned in the WPC ETA. Or can a foreign exporter invoice work by writing manufacturer details in the foreign exporter commercial invoice?

Please help, this issue is becoming very complicated for me for the past few days I am getting very disturbed.

They outline which party is responsible for paying for transportation, insurance and import taxes. Their use is not legally required, but agreeing upon an Incoterm with your foreign buyer can help prevent miscommunication.
