Me and some of my friends are working on a experimental rc aircraft. If it's successful we'll continue experimenting with new designs.

Right now we have found almost everything online, batteries, servos, motor, etc. Balsa too.

Only thing remaining is the wing spar.

We need aluminum square cross section hollow tubes. Outer edge should be 1/2 inch (around 12.7 mm) or 12 mm, & wall thickness shouldn't be more than 1 inch. We need 4 of these, each 1 meter in length.

Also, we need another aluminum cross section tube, whose outer edge is around 16 mm to 18 mm and wall thickness is less 1.5 mm. We need 2 of these, each 1 meter in length.

If someone knows any website or seller that can provide us with these, please let me know.

P.S. We tried searching for carbon fiber square tubes, but similar dimensions weren't available. Plus carbon fibre is very expensive too :'(

I found 1/2 inch tubes, now I just want a tube that's 16 mm to 18 mm in size, around 5/8 inches, length should be at least 1 meter, thickness should be such that the 1/2 inch tubes can slide easily in the bigger tube, and of course, with a small clearance.

And Maharashtra Metal Minimum Order Quantity is 100 kilograms according to their website. So can't buy anything from them.

Such Tubes are available at local Aluminium Furniture stores, usually traders selling Plywood and other furniture materials have them. You can also check Rc Dhamaka I think they have those in Carbon Fiber.
