Came across this old thread related to 3d printing. 3D printing is playing a vital role in robotics since a long time now and we are sure that it is being used quite frequently for custom RC projects, too, atleast for prototyping and replacement parts. a) If you already have a 3D model / CAD file of a part, we can print it in your choice of material and ship the product to you.
b) If you do not have a 3D model but would like to redesign an existing part, you may ship us your part for 3D scanning. We have a couple of industrial 3D scanners for high accuracy scanning.
c) If you would like to design & prototype a part from a concept, you may send us the detailed drawings / images with dimensions and we take over from there.
d) If you would like to go for small batch production of a part, we can do that,too, through vacuum casting in a wide range of engineering plastics.
