Today should't we be encouraging more of recognized and established people offering RP Recon services in all sphere of our life or should we be still worried about such tech falling in wrong hands. As long as the right people are more aware and well conversant and comfortable with the use of such tech, when it is with the wrong hands right people would be left clueless.
