Do you need a license to create a table out of scrap wood or to make foam advertisements? Then why the hell would you need one to make a plane out of foam or balsa? :giggle: Unless you plan on making a huge one so you can fit inside and fly it. in which case please make your will before attempting to fly it. I think you should ask if you need a license to operate the radios used in aeromodelling. If its 2.4G for control then no. Others probably you might. Title: Re: does aeromodelling need licence? Post by: lastRites on July 14, 2013, 12:01:22 AM I see that you are an "expert". So if you did not need a license up until now, you probably wont need it in the future. Although if you are flying in a public place or some others property, you need to have permission from the respective authority.
