if any one of you is interested to teach aeromodelling for kids here are the details from the mail i have received.

Hi Everybody,
We conduct summer camps in summer months at our wildlife resort attached to mudumalai forest border.
The main activity will be nature trails, bird watching, fish identification. This year we are introducing basics of Aeromodelling and Astronomy for the participants. We are looking for instructors who can teach summer camp kids about basics of AEROMODELLING.

Camp schedule for the year 2010 

April –    11th April to 17th April  -    1st camp  - Age – 7 to 10

                18th to 24 th April         -  2nd camp  - 11 to 16

               25th April to 1st may        - 3rd camp  -  7 to 10

               2nd May to 8th May         -  4th Camp  - 11 to 16

              9th May to 15th May        - 5th camp   -  7 to 10

              16th May  to 22nd May       - 6th Camp  - 11 to 16

               23th May  to 29 Th may   - 7Th Camp  - 7 to 16

These are my credentials:

I have conducted several summer camps for children, in Kolkata, between the age groups of 8 to 16. These camps were of durations ranging from 4 to 7 days.

Currently engaged in setting up a basic Aero Modelling Club at Guwahati, Assam. This is for students who are in High School and are interested in getting into basic Aero Modelling. I have been into basic (Gliders, Static, Free Flight) Aero Modelling for the last 30 years.

I have a keen interest in Astronomy and I have my own 90mm Refractor Telescope. I also conduct Sky Watching / Astronomy courses in my spare time in winter.

I am an Aquarist and I make my own Aquariums for Freshwater fish.

I am a Management Consultant and Corporate Trainer / Motivational Speaker by profession.

Did you contact the guys from, www.aero-sports.in they have programs for this and are situated closer to Ooty.

Yes, that's where they are now..
maybe 3 yrs back they did something similar for a friend of mine, But that had to do with building a chuck glider. I think and intro and encouragement is what is required.
