Never heard of anything like this!! I dont think you need to take a PUC certificate from RTA approved test centers!! or should I say DGCA (Where is AMAI post these days anyway ?? ) Find a nice club ground where other people fly and Zoom. If your engine emission is beyond acceptable limit, you would definitely find some senior flyer extending a helping hand! |
