just saw an indian online book store. http://www.nbcindia.com/ Amazingly they have books on rc aircrafts and at amazingly reasonable prices. On that they offer free shipping in India. Tower sells it for 17$ excluding shipping which is around 833 Rs. I got the book here for 996. I was ecstatic ;D.
