Can anyone help me out with the customs rules for getting used RC planes from other countries? I read an article recently which said that, one has to declare @ customs if he is getting a drone/RC Planes. However, radio equipment is banned and could get caught at customs. Also, LiPos need to be carried in carry on luggage in the cabin. Most airlines don't have a problem with this. He plans to get maybe a couple of FPV electric gliders. If declared @ customs for getting Tx, what's the procedure? 1) Pay 42% duty & get it released or 2) Impossible to get it to India Any rule book reference available??
