As it's already known to many that we've a new segment of batteries coming,we're looking for people to design a logo for our battery(NOT for the company).
Suggestion of a new name,also, would be extremely valuable.
Anyone who is interested may shoot us a reply.
If we come across a design that suits us the best,we will provide a FREE battery to them.
Two giveaways are applicable,one for the name and the other for the logo designing.

We had a name shortlisted,'Black Panther'.But unfortunately, a car battery manufacturer has already that name in America.
You may suggest any names relative to that name.
PS:Just feels pretty cool about that name,that's why :)

I think Lipo batteries dont have separate logo on them. The brand name itself is written in fancy way.

We've a problem.
We'll keep this particular design within Indian hobbyists.That should rule out the overlap or copyright issue.

Team Dronish, I wholeheartedly appreciate your efforts in providing the RC community with such a great alternative for conventional LiPos. And I don't understand why everyone is being critical instead of being supportive considering the ban on flying and problems with importing LiPos.

However, I'd like to make a few remarks.

Firstly, you post about a new thread in every previous thread of yours. That comes off as needy and weak. I'm sure if the mods and admins were more active they would have asked you to stop that.

Then, you promise giveaways for a logo and a name (again posting about it in all your previous threads) while you already have a name and logo decided. Most people here would see that as a cheap advertisement tactic.

Let your product sell itself instead of resorting to spam and hype.

You misunderstood me. I didn't say offering 'giveaways' was advertising. Everyone does that and it's usually appreciated. Other hobby shops have successfully done that here before.

But, you shouldn't have started a giveaway if you already had a name and logo in mind. You chose a name and logo of your own in the end making people wonder if you truly intended to give away 2 of your products and if getting people to post names and logos was just a way of getting attention.

Again, I truly support your venture. It is the first of its kind and will hopefully revolutionize RC locally and the world around. My comments before were only regarding your current methods of improving public perception of your company and products.

I know most people here might sound unnecessarily critical but that's how we usually are about a new product. This is the largest Indian RC forum, and trust me, once everyone becomes aware of your products' merits, they'll be selling like hot cakes! :)

I guess they'll do it soon. Every new venture needs some time initially as they have the tendency to run into unpredictable problems.

The product has not been launched so far. Some legal works are being done before taking orders.
And to Mr. Iyer sir: Not at all! Local needs will the top priority. Exporting is another story :)
