Title: domestic flight rules for carring FPV quadcopter
Post by: MKARTIKGANDHI on July 20, 2015, 08:38:08 AM
I want to ask a silly question
what are the regulations to carry whole FVP gear 5.8 ghz and 2.4 ghz radio with booster on a domestic flight

Could that be done? ? Or is it restricted? ?

I have no idea on this subject ... do I have to get permissions to carry them onboard??

Please share your knowledge

So LiPOs have to be carried in checked-in baggage?
Can we hand carry the quad without the LiPo? Or will they object due to DGCA rules?

If they see it they might object
I would recommend if you take the quad in hand carry
Put it in a bag
If asked tell them its a toy
Unless you are at srinagar airport , then its a different story
