Hi Priyanshu@,

Coroplast is one of the best material to build model planes. Very easy to cut and shape. Go through Sanjay sir's build logs and you will see how coro turns into beautiful models. He is a master in building coro planes. You can use CA as it is strong and holds everything together.
Best part is it dries very fast ;D

I see you are using Vortex-RC link... My suggestion is why not to buy there complete kit, VT-Allrounder. It has everything including CA and other building materials. Since, it comes as a DIY kit so you will get hands on too on coroplast.

Regards,
Utkarsh

Friend,
CA is normal fevikwik.
You can also use SR998 rubber based adhesive.
Nobody will be able to share plans for the all-rounder.
Why don't you make an avispad?
It's a good first-timer.
Search for the plans on this very forum.
Regards
