Hello fellas,
I just wanted to bring the following matter into your notice....

I ordered few things from this fellow, Prateek Khullar (aka prateek13 here) in November and made the payments on 26th Nov 2012 to be precise. This guy told that the goods would be shipped in a day or two.....but when 4 days went by without any information from his end, then i called him and he told me that he has shipped the goods on the very same day via some courier company named Maruti Couriers(which i never heard the name of) who work for his dad's company, and the shipment will reach me in atmost 3 days and he would provide me with the tracking no at the earliest..........

Another 4-5 days went by but i didn't get any responce neither from him, nor from the tracking company(no tracking no, nothing) so i again called him and he told me that he would enquire about it from his father and tell me.........I again waited for 2-3 days and nothing surfaced, i even tried calling prateek but every time the operator said that the no is not reachable so i decided to track the courier company instead....

shree maruti courier is one of the best Couriers. I remember , a courier from baroda(gujarat) to chennai in just 1 day. they even accept electronic items like mobiles and ipods.. a very reliable company...

I tracked the courier company here in Lucknow and the courier guy told me that their ain't any couriers pending from goa, so i again tried contacting Prateek via pm......he told me that the shipment was mishandled by the courier guys and went somewhere else, so he'll ship it again via whichever company i wanted and i suggested DTDC............this was the last piece of conversation we had and it was about a week ago...i just had a talk with the DTDC guys here and they said there are no couriers from goa sent last week....this was yesterday and since then I am trying to reach Prateek but his cell is not reachable and he isn't answering my message either here or on facebook......so now I am in a dlemma as to what should I do.

All along I was thinking that its a kid in class 10th am dealing with and he must be busy 'coz of the upcoming boards, but now am loosing my patience......
Please suggest what should i do..

Avesh, am not blaming the courier company here, they might be thee best in the country and I might be the ignorent one........am just saying that i orderd the stuff about 20 days back and still i don't have a clue about the shipment, thats it

This guy seem to be genuine..... Try contacting other buyers on the same sale post ..... Have they received their items...... ?

Same here. The only response so far is that he would check the deposit and get back. The payment was made on  December 08, 2012. Phone# provided is not reachable almost all the time. Hopefully he gets back...

Please update the same in the sellers feedback section.

Even my contents are yet to come with bilal's courier...

The guy always seemed to be genuine,but this attitude is Intolerable ..he shall ATLEAST REMAIN IN CONTACT  ..

i still hope for reply..

Just had a word with the guy..

He told me that he is busy in his boards exam preparation.He also gave me a DTDC tracking number which is still in transit..
