Well-spent day on flying field brings happy sleep
Help . . . ! Repaint Cowl

Friends. I need to repaint my FG Cowl. I just tried with automobile cheap spray paint (₹100.00) but it's not getting stick. Let me know anyone have done or some ideas to do it.

the correct way to do it would be
sand the old paint off
use wet/dry sanding paper to get a absolutely smooth surface
apply primer (duco automotive primer is a good choice)
use spray paint either enamel based or nitrocellulose based
the above is short cut - but you should get acceptable results
alternatively you could also use paint stripper to remove the old paint
