I have paid to a person on april 6th,2016. Now i did not get anything nor money. Daily he is saying to refund my money but saying some stories. End of day nothing to me. Suggest me what to do. But he seems to have some sort of commitment that makes him not pick up calls. he once paid me for my radio and i waited almost 2 weeks before getting the shipping address from him.

He said to refund my money from 12th april but till now he did not do it. Once he said that he refunded me. He said it before i give my details. When I asked how did you do it without details he was silent. Dont know what made him do so but till now I was really frustrated.
