Considering the fact control line kits are less expensive than Rc conversion should be possible?

well just can not do that..... many many reasons for that.... mainly type of construction.....  Control line models generally have the outer wing made slightly shorter (to counter additional lift due to higher speed of the outer wing) and often a 50 gm or more weight is added to the outer wing tip to keep it flying low...... and a few other too.... so pointless to even think of it.... If you are making from the kit then.... there is not enough space for the equipment.

No the planes are designed differently. The fuselage is shorter.Attempts have been made, with little success.
