In this case – I would advice Akky not to charge the defective LiPo, without knowing the exact condition of individual cells, (whether one cell is dead, showing 4 volt or both cells with a deep discharge etc.). It is better to check individual cell voltage and take necessary steps & advice from a senior before balance charging the LiPo. It is advised to neutralize the Lipo in salt solution and discard in normal waste. Please do not take a chance.
