first check so both cells are working if so u can charge for a very short while as a nimh or nicad jut to get the volt up so the charger starts

but take care while doing it

Please be EXTREMLY CAUTIOUS while doing the above, If anything goes wrong the lipo will heat up and explode or burn..

Even I was little casual handling LiPos, after a serious discussion in this forum & gone through a series of relevant topics on LiPos, now I feel as if I am playing with a dynamite while handing liops.
In this case – I would advice Akky not to charge the defective LiPo, without knowing the exact condition of individual cells, (whether one cell is dead, showing 4 volt or both cells with a deep discharge etc.). It is better to check individual cell voltage and take necessary steps & advice from a senior before balance charging the LiPo.

your Rhino 2 cell 1050 (maybe worth $6.00) is not worth your life and property. It is advised to neutralize the Lipo in salt solution and discard in normal waste. Please do not take a chance.
