Also check your elevator orientation it should be opposite to stick movement, moving the elevator stick down on the radio causes elevator control surface on the plane to move up and vice versa Smiley

CG is usually not a major concern in these planes as long as you fly with regular 3S 2200mah LiPo.

Giving full elevator seems to be the real issue behind it. You need to give very less elevator in order for the plane to clear able to climb.
Full Elevator = the plane will get into nose up attitude and then will dip down straight for the ground.

If the plane is straightaway dipping down then either you have the elevator channel reversed or you are giving elevator input in the wrong direction.
Check if the elevator control surface is moving as per Shahil's suggestion.

Irrespective of whether you're able to sort out the issue or not, You would still need Simulator practice before anything else.
Stop further damaging your plane, Invest in a Sim Thumbs Up

Buddy

Only advice i would give you is to get in touch with an aeromodeller in you locality, to get this skysurfer in air. However i would advice you that you immediately do the following

1. It is easiest to spend couple of thousands and buy a model, but difficult to put it up in the air, it is not like some car that you buy and start running. therefore you need the skill set to fly and knowledge to put a model together

2. Do fly simulators a lot,

3. Hang around in this forum, use search function and read, dont look for quickie solutions, there is none

Well, the problem your model runs in circles is because your whole motor is tilted side ways, I don't think the motor shaft is bent, check your motor mounts.
Now your motor is providing a Little yaw motion to your model because of it's tilted position, once you correct it, everything should be fine.
