firstly i cannot believe this is happening.
but the member claims so and i dont see why anyone would lie about such a thing since i have sold items to this member in the past too.
i sold a runcam to a member . i couriered it via speed post on tuesday.  he got it today but he says that the box was empty .
he has sent me a pic and vids showing empty contents.
in some ways i cannot do anything about it.
but in other ways the member is completely right . he has paid and he did not got the items.

 i am ready to refund him fully . money isnt a big deal ...itll come and go. ill just convince myself that i spent it on repairs- but what puzzles me is...
has this happened to anyone b4? especially with speed post? isnt speed post more secure than all other couriers..
is there a legal remedy to this? what can i do? i suppose going to the post office and asking an explanation will be of little help?!

going through the images while uploading i just realised that i had never put black tape on the box. the pics sent to me show a black tape on it. so that definitely means that the member is not lying.
hopefully things arent as simple as they appear.

Should never have happened.
You can complaint to the post office you sent it from but that's it. They do not take any further action.This has happened to me once.
Since Then, i only use FedEx.

attaching more pics to clear all matter .....on speed post the item weight is showing 30gms ....and 30gms is only box weight...means indian speed is going to do nothing in this case ....also as per IMPERIAL FIRE  he had covered the box with red tape but i have recieved the box with black tape and even the speed post tag are pasted on tape....please clear the things from the local post office .

As i can see on the speed post invoice the weight at the time of ship is only 30gms.If the seller can explain this then it is someone from the post office.the seller should throw some light that would be great for the community.

this is the first time , i have seen such a thing, I have received and couriered 100s of items by Speed Post. I found it superior to other forms. I sent items to Punjab, Assam, Kerala, Maharashtra, MP, Gujrat. Never a faced with a  box, packet, parcel, letter etc that was empty. Thank god for that.

Never seen like this with indian speed post. Done lots of shipping with it, it's been always easy, low cost, and trustworthy. the seller should explain 30 gram thing...

Honestly I don't know how they measured it. It wasn't even done in front of me. I gave it and I was signing other parcels that I was taking custody of to deliver in my area.
I personally know everyone at the post office .
They would never do such a thing.
I will however go and ask them why the shipping weight is so low.. coz of shipping weight is low it means someone took it out before the package was sent. And nobody would be stupid enough to do that. I can only find out on Monday.

Then what about that anjani courier service, you told that to filed a case against them,
You said that you got the battery returned, which Is puffed, how can battery get puffed if you shipped it at storage at voltage

ITS BETTER to not form opinions when one has partial knowledge. but for your inquisitiveness...
i told them i will file a case in their regional office so they agreed to help me out seriously...i got my battery back in around 4 days.
DO u really think i am stupid enough to file a case for 500 bucks? only special snowflakes like you do that. 500 is nothing..its just 8 dollars? unlike people like you who lose their sense of respect for others over 500 rupees i am not wasting my time following up on a case worth 8 dollars...

secondly you must have zero knowledge about batteries to think that batteries cannot puff at storage voltage?  it depends on the temperature that they were stored in and the condition. it was out for a like 20 days what do u expect?

thirdly you got your  money  back . and even in this case i am willing to bear the loss and refund the member fully even though i dont know where that camera went.. and which clown messed up. ill find out today and follow up accordingly

a member has contacted me saying he can help getting a refund from post... .. 
have patience  and grow up! jeez!
go fly some airplanes and chill out. it seems like you have a lot of time to waste anyways ..asking for a case status even after i sorted out ur issue! lol

I'm not fool like you, can you explain why only this happens with you, i call called anjani couriers services and they told me that they have docket number as their tracking number, and they said they never ship there item hand to hand as you told me.and they always gives bill with docket number. Explain. This
Why again it happens with you in case of camera it's almost impossible for such incidence by india post, the 30 gram sacam?

500 rs may not be important to you , you may have money tree, but we care for our money that we earn

Q 1). When sending something , show ur receipt ? (The weight)
