I order many equipments for my drone like motors,props,frame .etc
Everytime on aliexpress nothing got stuck in custom till now ,But recently i order radiolink mini pix on ali from trusted seller with gps and used aliexpress standard shipping but this time it is stuck in custom .

Can someone help what to do ?? I needed that for my college project so cant wait for long and the custom office is 1000 km from home .

The value of package was around 35$ seller declared around 19.5 $ something and wrote it as gift i asked him any favour though.

please help

Have u instructed any description of the item to be written on the package.

80% probability - It's gone. If the project is urgent don't wait for it buy one from local sites.

20% probability - You will receive a letter from them (can take a couple of week to few months). Then you can collect a letter from you college and request them to release it. Drone parts for education institutes are fully allowed through customs. Next time order on you college address.

No description written and why it is gone ?
I can wait a month.

Drones are banned not fc i guess

Anything is banned if the customs thinks it is.

Most likely the sender use the item description as written in the web site. Like " flight controller for DRONE" and the very word DRONE can attract attention of the officials and may be the cause for hold.

He send the recipt and invoice which he attached to me via message on AliExpress when i contacted him and it is written pix+gps on it .

Then you should wait for a few days. Custom may send letter.

Ok is there anything which can fasten up process like should i call mumbai custom

Today they released it and send it finally to my state office so i guess i have to pay custom but how will they know the value

I didn't do anything automatically new status says send item to domestic location

Don't worry. The tax they charge will be any value they find fit, or they can release it for free. So wait for the parcel to be delivered by post man.

If there is a customs duty to pay, post man will inform you (some times before coming to your home). You can pay the amount to him and he will give a receipt.

There was a custom recipt attached but it was left blank and there was some stamp saying rleased .

I didn't payed any custom seller declared the value 17$ and it was in envelope and it had all sort of tapes meaning it was opened multiple times
