@ Kumaran Sir :- Sir I am really sorry if that offended you in any way Sir I understand that its not the sellers fault too I understand that but as jeet is stuck and doesn't want to loose his money he can just use that option too. I know its not that much fair but its only the way nowadays DHL is creating very much Problems for this type of things sir. I hope you understand And once again I am really sorry for that. And I know the chances of jeet winning the claim is really less as Hobbyking will in their defence maybe showing that the Its stuck in Customs and we are not responsible for it.So the chances of Winning The claim Is very less its like 20 to 45 %. But its the only way now. I am really sorry once again Sir.

@ Jeet :- Specially Talked to DHL helpline For you mate actually they are saying that Special Documents are required for these types of things But I told them I got these things manytime by International Registered Airmail But they Are denying it mate. So what you can do at last is contact DHL customer Care at last by Email ( Not by phone or again they will start saying that Its restricted and all other things ) And Explain them the whole Issue Clearly and maybe by that They release the parcel sometimes it works mate you know we gotta try in this.I will try to help you till last

@ Sk :- Cant say about that Mate. Many have Successfully imported. But out of the most gets stuck in Customs. So I what think Is that You should take advantage of The LHS we have in India. I they are the best shops to check in and buy the receivers. You know that yourself, right mate??? . So no need to take tensions by importing from Outside Of India.
Because chances are 90 % it will get stuck in Indian Customs.

Hye. It is already 2 months since my item being detained (on 10th of Feb 2015) and i havent yet received the letter for custom,asking for item invoice. Should i go to thr custom office (bangalore custom)?  Any advice?

which shipment medium u hv select for parcel? for my case i hv used EMS and after 20 days i got letter from customs regarding invoice & what items in side in my parcel. i went post office near MG road a they charged 15% duty tax then after 2 days i got my parcel via post.

My item shipped via EMS. And it's a camera lens. Shipped from South Korea. Until now i havent yet gotten the letter from custom..

Could u give address/email for Bangalore custom? I think i need to contact them  myself.

if u went were without letter nothing happend. coz i letter they mention registration number according to ur post. plz check in IPS web tracking for ur status.

So Finally Done ...I didnt call anyone at customs ,it automatically came my home and they charged me  1380 rs as custom duty.Even The Package was in very bad condition ...They Assumed The Price of camera as  3000rs and charged on it ...The People at mumbai customs are too much vigilant ...they rip open every package even if it is marked as gift package...the more the price of Object,the more they charge. :bow:I personally Advise to All People who buy from aliexpress will be " :-\Do not buy expensive things Online ".
