Hello Yuvraj,
First Of All Welcome to the forum. Now as you have ordered A Tx/rx and some Servos well the Servos are not a problem but yes The Tx/rx is a problem and I think its stuck in customs but sometimes Mumbai Customs doesn't Update that. Well Always 80 to 90 % of the parcels gets stuck When There is a Tx/rx in the parcel and the customs then require a WPC NOC and believe me Yuvraj its really Hard to get WPC NOC. Well What you can do is first contact them and then try to get the Status of the parcel as its stuck in Mumbai Customs and yes Here are the contact Details For Mumbai FPO And Customs :-

Articles with Tracking Numbers prefixed with CP,CL, RR are dealt by the Office of the Postmaster General (MM&FP), Foreign Post Office, Mumbai-400001.
Office Address :
Customer Care Section
3rd Floor, Foreign Post Office, Videsh Dak Bhavan,
Ramgulam Shivsagar Marg (Sprott Road),
Ballard Estate, Mumbai - 400 001
Telephone Number.:+ (91) (22) 22611791, 22653621
Email : mumbaiforeignpost@gmail.com

Deputy Commissioner of Customs in- charge at Mumbai Foreign Post Office, Mumbai-400001
Postal Appraising Section
1st Floor, Foreign Post Office, Videsh Dak Bhavan,
Ramgulam Shivsagar Marg (Sprott Road),
Ballard Estate, Mumbai - 400 001
Tel.: 022-22671403, Tele/FAX-- 022- 2261 4585,
e-mail pasnchmum@gmail.com
Well In rare cases only the parcel containing Tx/rx gets cleared Yuvraj. Well But yes one solution is there by sending the parcel back and getting your money back I understand but first Call them then lets see what happens and yes don't worry.
I will try to help you as much as possible.
Regards,
Aman.

Hello Yuvraj,
No actually its better if you send it by like Speed post/Registered post and yes also send a covering letter with it stating your Tracking Number and that your are send the copy of invoice or the documents that was Required By Customs.I cant Guarantee about Email but Yes if you send it By post It will be better because its rare they reply by email and yes if possible can you post the image/Photo or  Scanned copy of the Notice you received from them if possible then only Yuvraj.

Aman.

As a bigginner I finally decided to buy Syma X5C-1 for my first quadcopter and I ordered from Banggood/China. I hope this will give me a good start. I read a number of posts regarding Customs duty in india but really couldn't find accurate or reliable idea. Syma X5C-1 + Accs costs me less than Rs 5000/- (but with no request as a gift). Will I face a problem or have to pay at Customs?

Well Not Only Google Chrome but also Mozilla Firefox, Internet Explorer As Well As Opera because I have tried it in Every Browser but sill Its not working.
And Yes one more thing in the Website FAQ's it is written That Import License Can be For Personal/Individual or for A Company But WPC is not giving Import Licenses to Individuals but it is giving To Dealers ( No Offence to anyone) well that's unfair right?? That means we don't have any Right to IMPORT Radio Transmitter From Outside India If we have the RIGHT THEN WHY DONT THEY ISSUE THE LICENSE TO Individuals Easily. Well Persons who want to import are ready to Cooperate But then also they Make it so tough or nearly Impossible to get the License but the Dealers get it soon ( Well no Offence to Any LHS) Huh??? There website is also not working so where we should apply for The license or ETA approval???
Aman.

Quick question everyone. I have placed an order from BangGood which was shipped as 3 separate packages. 2 of them are now showing the same status "India, BANGALORE SUB FGN POST, Return item from customs (Inb), Air, CED BANGALORE" whereas the last one is showing the status "India, BANGALORE SUB FGN POST, Return item from customs (Inb), Air, BANGALORE SFE". What is the difference between Bangalore CED and SFE?

Hello Everyone,
@Sk :- Hello Sk,
Well As The item has Retuned  from customs its means it is cleared and the next step is always that it Sent to Domestic Location but in rare cases it maybe sent late but not always. Now i think that CED full form is Customs and Excise Departments whereas SFE Full form may be Sub foreign post office or maybe a Second Division of the Bangalore Customs but well as the item has Retunrned from Customs so.what i think.it will sent to Domestic location.May I know what items you ordered?? if you can tell then only.
Regards,
Aman.

Thanks for your help Aman. You seem to be the resident customs expert Grin. The ones that went to CED contain an electronics kit, some electronics and Arduino parts (LCD I2C adapter, attiny, Arduino Nano, motor driver etc.). The one that went to SFE contains brushed quadcopter motors, props and a power distribution board. I will wait and see how long they take to arrive.
