Why don't you guys read up before ordering?
Very slight chance you'll get it considering it gas a 5.8ghz radio as well. Will mail you the NOC for 2.4ghz frequency
Just ask customs to send it back and get a refund from banggood in case they don't release it

My parcel with tracking no. RU637113449GB has been retained by the Indian Customs. How do I get it delivered to my house? The reason for retention is as follows - Retention Reason : Articles importation subject to restrictions import- license. What does this mean?

It means you are trying to import restricted item. You need to have import licence.
What is in the package. And also there is no way to get it releases from customs until you have an import licence

Is it true that if u order anything suppose from banggood a quadcopter rtf and ship it dhl or FedEx indian customs will not detain it because they clear it themselves?
