Hello friends, I have ordered Hubsan h107L from Tmart and now it is with customs officers, Mumbai. They send me a letter asking for submitting WPC Type approval.
Can You guys please help me out to fix this problem

Hi Vishwanath, if you can take some time, and go through previous pages of this thread, you will find that no individual has successfully been able to get a WPC Type approval. So what you can do is send, all the remaining documents requested and try to explain them that its a toy...blah...blah. Its hard to reason with them, but you got to try

I just wanted to know if I order tx/rx from rcdhamaka will it get stuck into customs? Sharing any prior experience will make things clear to me.
meanwhile I will try to call rcdhamaka folks to get more clarity.

RCD is based in Bangalore. You will not face any customs issues on items they have in stock in their store.

No, there is no custom duty on purchase from RCD. Only local tax is applicale and material will reach safely to you.

I wanted to get in RC & ordered a Tx from hobbyking which is stuck in customs. Too late a realization now on how difficult to have it reach you after detailed reading here.

Any help will be greatly appreciated to help get my order delivered @ Bangalore.

Do not call the post office or customs just be patient . Respond to them only after they send you a letter .

As of now its not yet stuck in customs according to ipsweb.

one of my rc helicopter has been held at customs due to wpc approval but decided not to go for an approval after seeing that lote of people tried to get the clearence but failed to get approval so i told them to return the percel to origin

custom department says

"Your RTS request is under process  it will take one or two days to issue RTS advice to the Post office "

what are the chances of my parcel actually makes all the way to origin country

so they really return the parcel or they just say so ?

Which tx and rx did you order from hobbyking.

I ordered a Turnigy 9ch along with a back-light panel Mode 2.
  I really should have read through all the posts here before ordering.

Praying that my hard earned money will not vanish with the customs.

Please try and buy them from a lhs
(I dont mean to advertise my store its an advice)
Why take chances if it is available locally and good prices ?

I wanted to invest in bits & thought i will first get a Tx, use it on a simulator & the following month maybe a trainer however its all gone bad with the customs menace now.

I completely agree with you on buying from Local shops. Late realization :-(.

I placed an order on HK and they have shipped through malaysia two days back. I cannot track the parcel.
After reading various posts here...i've tried my luck on ips tracking and pos malaysia too. But its not working till now.

Is there any other tracking site? Did i miss any post?

In my case I ordered orange module and rx set. It s stuck in customs. They sent me a show cause notice for importing tx module. I replied with all details except wpc approval.  They insisted on wpc approval. Last email communication happened a month back. And I am sure not to get it released from them now. So it's better to get tx rx from lhs.

If they contacted you they will not dispatch your parcel until u send a approval

When I asked Mumbai Customs to return my helicopter, I also got this reply from them. But the tracking status did not get updated. After waiting for a few days, I sent them polite reminders every day and they finally returned it after a a week. The tracking status got updated.

But their return shipping method must be very slow, probably by sea. My parcel was returned on Jun 26th but till today the seller has not received it.

Hello guys. I am new to this forum.
Recently I ordered V977 from Banggood.com which was detained at customs for WPC noc.
I could not get the noc and its still stuck in customs.

We really need to list all the Type approved models here, so that it becomes easier for us to decide what to import.
