Hi,
i would like to share you my bad buying experience  with aliexpress,
few months a go there was a sell going on aliexpress ,my family members bought some cloths , bags , accessories etc etc , all stuff was bought from a single seller , total amount was 12680 inr , there were 6 orders made , after few days of placing order i see that seller used same tracking number in all orders , i message seller he told
( dont worry it will get update soon its system problem your all orders are shipped separately  )
i received one parcel only , other 5 parcel i not received , i message seller were is my other parcel and its tracking number he didnt reply me - then i opened dispute , the dispute team says all parcels have been delivered , i uploaded all the screenshot of message that seller says that its system problem regarding tracking  number  , but nothing happen at end case was closed seller payment was released , my 9000 inr gone  Sad

this was my first purchase with aliexpress , i will say they all are fraud , all are link to each other
( the seller was top rated) ,

i will say trust only paypal payment website , paypal is 100%% trust and reliable

I have always had good experience with aliexpress. I have ordered like 7 quite expensive flutes, costing 15k total, and I have received them all. It was during the august sale. I have also ordered other not very expensive stuff (200-500 rs) and I have received all but one item, and the one which I didn't receive I got refunded by the seller.
Paypal is so difficult to use with our Indian debit cards- it never worked with mine. And I would rather deal with asians than white guys.

I also have good experiences with Aliexpress. Almost placed around 15 orders totaling to 15 - 18 K. Got all items except 1 which was only 10$ and got refunded too.

Hello Akshay,
Now did you pay Through Paypal ???If not then I think it would be tough for getting the money back. Also ask the seller if the seller is saying that tracking number will get updated tell him to Give him by message that Ask him about the other 4 tracking number to give to you manually by messaging !!!!!!

dealing with aliexpress is quite tricky. they try to cheat you in all way possible and hence you should be well aware and informed before making any buying decision just like any other online sale.

you cannot get the money back once its released to seller. not sure why you ordered such a big amount as your first time. ive bought many stuffs to a maximum of 7k in a single order and got most things delivered or a refund. the dispute reason has to be strong and you should explain all the things in one shot(within 502 chars!!)

in your case, i would have said that the seller shipped only one parcel and would have sent a pic of parcel cover with the size and weight showing that these many stuffs will come to different weight and will ask them the tracking no of other parcels if they are telling it was delivered. make sure you collect most evidence from seller before you open a dispute.

ALixpress is definitely more "Pro-Seller" than "Pro-Customer" like eBay.
The reason is understandable. Its "All China Affair". Since they dont accept Pay Pal, there is further no arbitration.

Their "China Post" shipment is very slow. Each step taking a week. They take > 30 days to reach from the date of actual shipment.

Having said that, I have got refunds from them due to package lost. But usually the process is very slow.

I usually prefer eBay over Ali, unless something is only available with Ali Seller. What is interesting is that Many Ali sellers are there on eBay too.

Yes these guys are pro seller. I ordered a Bluetooth transmitter but they send me receiver

So when I complained the seller got aggressive with me. He said I did not read properly.

Many of them type in Chinese and then translate to English, so normally they don't understand the communication correctly

Got a 2$ settlement on a 8$ purchase, but what I will do with a receiver when I wanted a tx

Some send the wrong product
Sometimes the product reaches us after a very long time ( the worst case with my friend 112days. He thought it'll never arrive and bought a new one from other seller

The slow shipement lack of communication is acceptable. But the shopping experience until now is quite good. I ordered tx-rx which got stuck in customs. Claimed the refund thru dispute didn't talk to seller at all( just had small chat before the dispute) got the money refund within the week after purchase protection. But yes ppl do had issue wth sellers there. All one Shud look for is seller ratings and reviews on their products. And you should never open dispute before. They try their Max to close the dispute, and once yu close it its done.

I buy from ebay only. Few months back i ordered two wireless sets worth rs 7k from ebay my tracking no wasnt updating properly,  i waited for around 35 days and lodged a complaint,  i was fully refunded.  After a week i got my parcel

Always buy from reputed sellers on Aliexpress. I have had good experience so far. Never has been a parcel missed. Always use Aliexpress standard shipping for shipping. It gives end to end tracking. Also I don't recommend buying stuff like Cloths, bags on Aliexpress. There are many genuine sellers who give refund if parcel doesn't arrive on time. Parcels with "Aliexpress standard shipping" usually arrive within 2-3 weeks and many of them(or all?) are sent via Singapore post. Contact Aliexpress and explain your problem in detail.

You have 7 days to re-appeal for the previous dispute result. You must clearly state that you got only 1 item and not other items. Usually if you buy from same seller, they will combine shipping into one package. Can you post some pics here as well ?

What did you order and from which seller? What was the shipping method? If you got the international tracking number, chances are you might still be able to track it.

Aliexpress was 'OK' buying experience for me. I never ordered expensive stuff (all RC airplane/ engine components). Max purchase was glow-engine (2.5k) which I thankfully received. Once some glow-plugs were missing from packet. Delay is terribly long. But they responded to occasional disputes favourably.... Have to read very, very carefully what they include  and what they do not include in the purchase !

I bought rc car in Aliexpress, it came perfectly after playing it with an hour, motor completely burned down. I asked him for new motor he told me that. He will send new motor after one to 2 months I received an empty parcel in it. I took pics of that fraud and I completely shared in Facebook Aliexpress page. After giving complaint to Aliexpress through mail. They refunded complete payment.

I ordered module from AliExpress and module costs more than $3 dollar and received the order.
When i used module after many days then i got to know module are not working...
$3 is wasted by AliExpress bad seller. and i can't open dispute because dispute time is reached.
If you buy anything from AliExpress then, check it within dispute time.

Giving finite amount time is common with everyone. As a buyer it is your responsibility to check everything is intact. Even if you buy from fellow RCI member even then they do not give you infinite time rather they insist you to check it asap later which even you cannot blame the seller for several reasons.
You need to think as a seller to understand why they cannot give you inifinite time to check the item seller sold.

there is 3 more days for dispute. But i messaged seller about module and i forget about days of dispute.
That is why i can't open dispute.
Seller is not responding to me..

The next time you do anything like that, open a dispute first and only then proceed to talk to the seller. Later, if it gets resolved before Aliexpress steps in, you may tell them that you did it by mistake.

Again, it's a very bad practice to follow. You should remember when the dispute time-frame is bound to end!

I can not say much about that because i never purchased anything till now from ALIEXPRESS. I have pleasant shopping experience with Flipkart and Amazon. I bought clothes, phone, accessories, shoes and more products from both. I got genuine and good products on best prices.
