The below pics are from my Phase3 EF 16 Ducted Fan Jet. Actually I hit a tree in a split second. This is how I fixed it. Thought it might be useful for some of you. Please comment if you like it Smiley.

I used 3mm Carbon fiber rod to reinforce it.
