Post by: Maanyat Periwal on December 28, 2021, 09:18:40 AM
Hello everyone
I had a doubt , recently I made a fl :hatsoff:ying wing ,but can find which motor to use my wing is 1600 grams .
I am confused which motor to used should I go with 3546-d 1450 kV motor(max thrusts 1450 grms) or 3548 -1100 kV motor max thrusts 2 kg
I want 20 mins flight time with 10000 mah batterylipo .

Thank you :hatsoff:

its too heavy wing calculation.

how big is the wing?

As per the weight this should be 2m Plus wingspan, if small recheck design.

10000 Mah battery weight is factored in weight calculations too ? If not, it needs to be added to the all up weight calculations.

We're also required to have an FAA registration number that goes on any models we fly weighing over 0.55 pounds (250 grams). Not all RC aircraft available from Horizon Hobby need that number on them to fly legally. E-flite® UMX™ micro aircraft are among those that are exempt due to their low weight.
