Hi everyone.

I placed three orders from banggood on the 12th of November, all shipped via Air Parcel Register.
I was tracking the parcels almost everyday and getting appropriate updates, but, for more than a week now, there hasn't been any update for any of the parcels.

Is that expected behaviour?

If it matters, all the orders are below 40$ and have a few motors and escs, so I don't they should be stuck at customs.

First Of all There is no Tx/Rx radio in the package so what I think is that it should be not stuck in customs. Well if you don't mind will you like to share your tracking I would love to check on that online because this behaviour of not updating is normal one day suddenly you get the parcel delivered happened with me once.

that's a known issue, your parcel must be happily enjoying the ride home..and is not bothered to update you as it wants to surprise you!!

As far as I remember, the status was getting updated everyday after it just stopped and hasn't updated after that since 24th. All three were dispatched at different days by them. I am hoping what you are is true and am expecting them within this week,

Nothing can beat the excitement of getting a parcel at your door which you've been waiting for eagerly.

I ordered a product on 28th November and still haven't received it. They asked me to wait for 45 days and then if I still don't receive it, they will give me a refund. My tracking number is RI163778457CN. I guess China post is very slow for all.

Well Interesting Actually Sometimes surprisingly the parcel comes and sometimes it takes months have to say that.
Well I hope that quad you receive your package soon and update us with your happiness of receiving it !!

Ordered  quadcopter RTF 11cm x11cm from tmart.com for 25$ with air parcel register
it was shipped on 11th on swiss post . now it arrived at chennai INMAAC - chennai foreign post office and been there for more than a week . If tracking is not updating then it should have reached me by now i live 70 kms from chennai at Kanchipuram town

parcel is very small 17cm x17cm

So it says dispatched to Chennai Customs Well Your near Chennai so that's why its dispatched to Chennai Customs Man.
It was in Mumbai But for only sorting from there it was sent to Chennai and I think because of Holidays International Parcels will be a little late but don't worry you should receive it soon.
