could somebody please give me the tech spec of the blitzRCWorks transmitter espe maximum out power of transmitter and maximum effective radiated power?

according to the notification of communication and IT ministry, these should be less than 1 W (30 dBm) and 4 W (36 dBm).

1.  Pretty much every known mass market TX transmits in the 100mW range (and some are in the 10mW range), and there is no reason why this one should be any different.

2.  In any case, there is no way these particular brand can be transmitting any higher than 1W, because that is the limit in the US, and these are also sold into US markets.

3.  Ensuring these radios transmit below the 1W limit alone does not make them completely legal in India.  Search for "type approval" and "WPC approval" in this forum to know the details.

you dont have to worry too much about the TX output power. If you are able to safely get it through relatives/friends or if you already have it, then just go ahead and use it. Pretty much most of the full ranged TX have enough power to fly your model almost out of sight. Just make sure you dont operate it very close to a military/airforce bases/hospitals(dont know if it causes a problem very close to a hospital) . Just guessing

thanks i need some kind of specification about the radio system to show it to custom man
they have my heli for more then a month ..frist they said its a banned item ... then i took the WPC notification. 
now they want to see if radio system is  under specification
my problem is how to make them(the custom ) understand that the RC unit is under WPC requirement
is is FCC , CE certificate can help

OOPS you are in a fix. If you cant get any documents at all, then try convincing them its a toy short ranged TX. If that does not work, speak to one of the lower end officials/clerks whom you can try negotiate and b....

I think you should wait for more answers.

if the radio is FCC or CE certified it will be mentioned on the equipment with codes,numbers etc.which are traceable also see if this item is sold in USA then most likely it will carry FCC and CE certification!

Also Anurag, be polite but gentle when facing the customs. Be confident and try to pretend that you are using this Heli for pure RC fun. Be convincing, on the other hand smooth. If nothing happens, dont speak rude, there can be other doors out which we do not want to close as of now. Also do not be too technical in front of them, this makes them feel you are upto something.

Hi i went with all the info thanks to Sahilkit and all of you
 the custom man seems to be satisfied  i asked him that this is it or i have to come back again he he said no not any more .... so lets see

i saw another packet there from bananahobby wrote down the phone no and tried to call to give him all the info  to deal with custom  but this chap didn't take the call 
i feel that we need to know where we stand in terms of law .because people at customs create unnecessary problem .

so they have released your stuff and its going to come by regular postage right?

but let me tell you  these people are there to create problem for every one
its sad but the reality of the day
if you go there and see they just keep asking questions for no right reason and they are corrupt
so if you are wanting to do bad things you can do it by paying money
and if you are regular citizen then be ready to face trouble .
worst is to see kind of pleasure they get once they see you ...aap to pahale bhee kai bar aa chunke hain ab aap helicopter maen baith kar ghar jaana
any way lets see if i get the heli i have got lots of education about our govt  systems
