The world of RC(on youtube) is almost about to reach the saturation point(reviews of different things)
I would suggest you to start some kind of tutorial series aimed at helping the newbies and your content must be excellent to attract more views.
You could also do video series about reviewing different products but they can get quite expensive and may not be that rewarding!
In my opinion you don't need a specialized camera if shooting inside your house. A mobile camera nowadays it enough for shooting good videos. And lighting is pretty important while shooting a good video. If you want a specialized camera you can go for these(my favorite picks)
1. Nikon D5100 (http://www.flipkart.com/nikon-d5100-dslr-camera/p/itmduzhmeyjh2zec)
2. Nikon D3300 (http://www.snapdeal.com/product/nikon-d3300-242mp-dslr-with/452492044)
3. Sony DSC MK100 (http://www.amazon.in/Sony-Cyber-shot-DSC-RX100-Digital-Optical/dp/B0126822L8?tag=googinhydr18418-21)(I think you can buy a phone with 4K capability even at a lesser price  :giggle: :giggle:)

For Video Editing Softwares
1. Sony Vegas Pro 11 or higher(I personally use Sony Vegas 11)
2. Adobe Premier Pro
3. iMovie(if on Mac)

And if you're doing a tutorial kind of thing the audio has to be crystal clear!
Blue Microphone Snowball iCE (http://www.amazon.in/Blue-Microphones-Snowball-Condenser-Microphone/dp/B006DIA77E?tag=googinhydr18418-21)

And Last, Keep videos small(max 7 mins) and crisp. If required divide it into parts!
Best of Luck!

@ahmad ilyas,

WHY?
Two possible reasons:

1. Too add to the pool of knowledge/information already available on the net.
RCGroups is a good example of what is already available. Or the hippocketaeronautics site.
Not easy without some really original work.

2. To publicise your own achievements. Our own experience is that hardly any of our videos got even a 100 views. Apparently you need a large number of tags...

I dont think it has anything to do with the kind of camera or software  ;D
Best of luck, anyway.
Regards

Sir,
Technology doesn't matter.
CONTENT IS WHAT MATTERS
Perhaps you could give us an idea of the content of what you are planning to post...

Ahmad the mic is a usb type mic. Connect it to your pc or laptop and install the provided software and start recording. You can also connect it to the camera as external mic if the camera supports that feature.
