So what is the latest flight controller these days ?
Anything more recent than the pixhawk and Naza variants ?

Not into mini quads or racing ... More into stable flight , gps capability , waypoint navigation .. and medium size platforms .

i saw a v2 of the pixhawk . it seems like its got it all. its called the cube or something.

can someone review this radiolink mini pix flight controller  .
It is so cheap as compared to other pix fc but it is not original its from radiolink and to use it effectively you have to download radiolink mission planner
and another concern is it has different connectors not the same as usual fc uses.
and one can also not find much tutorials for it
some people reviewed it as better altitude hold and gps accuracy

so i am waiting for your comments should i go with fc or not

Navio2, pixhawk v4 by holybro, the cube autopilot by proficnc, there are some others as well which I can't recall rn.
PS: I haven't used any of these.

The most complex of GPS navigation functions can be handled by even APM 2.6 or F1 based controllers like Naze32, but modern updates have been to add peripheral support like more UARTS for sensors.

Popular (and cheap) boards seem to be F3/ F4 based Omnibus series.

I had a look at this FC. This seems to be a good package for an F4 based FC with GPS module.

The better "altitude hold" is just because of the newer ST sensor capable of a wider pressure range, I think the accuracy is still same as popular MS6511 baro, which should be +/- 0.1m.

This should work with Arducopter/mission planner, no concerns there.

but still cant decide should i go with this or not as some people finding it too awesome for the price point but some people are strictly recommending to avoid this company and to avoid this product

@kn8alpha the main problem in this fc is it is not a opensource controller and to use this fc you have to download the radiolink mission planner

and all i want a fc is for stable flight , gps capability , waypoint navigation ,return to home , altitude hold etc

for the same price factor APM 2.8 is also a option but its now outdated and discontinued.

An F4 flight controller is the latest one as it is the successor if F3 FC which was launched in 2017 This F4 controller was launched in 2018 .

You can get one of those F4 based racing controllers and flash it with either Inav or Ardupilot. Please check their respective websites to see the supported boards. I think the Ardupilot project is still in beta but then the last time I checked was months back. Please check now and see whatsup.
