I am going to order a quadcopter kit ASAP from ebay..
I found this one to be interesting and easy..
I like DIY(Easy) or RTF Or ARF

$350 for the RTF quadcopter?  That's not cheap in India.  At most, Customs will ask for about 2000 INR.

The Lotus RC on eBay - $350.00!

There are cheaper in India.  Start with a toy heli first to get used to orientation.  Check hobbysea.com

Rahul i dont think these are good for beginners and also not value for money..
You can make a quad for below 150 $..
Then why you are going for these heavy priced kits? All are looking good but no brand or anything is provided..
And the customs charge may not stop for 2000 INR will get increase sometimes..
Take a lot of time to read about quad get ready to fly one.. and then start the plan of buying one... Other wise will lost money as well as your time...
All the best..

If you still want to go for a quad, here's RCD's offer....

Also here is a build log of the same by a senior RCI member....
