It was all good betwen us, did some trade and all . No issues.

then i needed an FPV radio. Bought one from him . a 2000mW system for Rs6600.

It came to me and the camera feed dint work. I talked to him, he said to ship it back and he will do the wiring and send it back to me .
I did so and he said he did the wiring and was ready to ship it back to me.... AND hes STILL YET TO SHIP IT TO ME SINCE AROUND AN YEAR AGO !!!!!!

I kept on asking him and saying to please ship it back and stuff. His common reply was that toay he will ship it  tomorrow he will et all.


NOW ITS BEEN SO MUCH TIME and neither i have my Rs6600 and nor do i have my Radio .


WHAT DO I DO NOW ?? I JUST NEED MY MONEY BACK !

What will happen  if guys like SubhashRC do stuff like this !!!

I have no way to contact him and nothing can be done. Guys PLEASE help me out !!!

I don't think so. Im. Just not able to contact him. Plus he told that he'll be back in 3 months... 6 months back. And nothing yet. Before going he was all like I've transferred your money today and it'll be in your account in a day but the he covers it with more lies he I said that nothing is in my account yet.
Guys if anyone of you can help, please do.

i dont think Subhash will disagree on the part where he is still yet to pay me 6600 ( wonder how much it would have been had i invested it ) or the part where he still has my FPV radio .

why you are nor replying instead of reporting.... Please resolve the issue within your circle if possible, or reply...
If you both have no patience to hear from other, and polite reply, aeromodeling and electronics is not your play of field as patience is the master key in this area.....

I always prefer to keep stuff like this private . But when a timeline of an YEAR is being talked about with no response .. the matter has to be taken public.

Anybody who lives in his city that can find out where he lives, pay him a visit and persuade him to give the money back?

Sooraj may have some clue, Subhash always mentioned him once in a while .
Also, i believe he is in the USA ?
and since i didn't get the money and he was about to leave for the USA, he had told me around last December that he would be back by January end or Feb. start and will transfer the amount then .

Yes Subhash since you ve replied (although a blank message) now its better to settle down the issue. We are RC brothers and we have to maintain faith in each other by honoring each other.
