I had purchased stuffs from rc4all on 16th january shipped on 17th by tirupati courier, now 12 days are over still no sign of my parcel...even they hav not updated the tracking status since 18th ...is my parcel lost or tirupati is tht slow...??  :banghead: guys any past experience wid this courier company,...?

I ordered FS TH9X from RCB. They shipped it on 16th via Tirupati Courier. 18th the parcel was sent to Varanasi from Delhi. No update until 23rd. I called RCB and then someone from Varanasi center asked me to take the courier from office.

It usually takes 3 days to reach to Varanasi by any decent courier service FedEx, DTDC, or Flipkart. But the surprising thing was that I have never had to go to the courier office to retrieve it. When I argued they said, damn, they were right that they should have returned the parcel instead of calling me. :)

Ok lets try calling them

Once got my product shipped from spherehobbies through this courier and they simply said this place is out of reach and asked me to pick up the product in guindy. Damn man they said this place is outside city limits as if im living on a mountain top. after a long phone call they agreed to send it to some other courier. This courier sucks. i always wanted to start a thread about bad courier service and Eric did. i dont know why people bother too much to send through courier while a cheaper faster option called EMS is available.
i always get my stuffs delivered in 2 days or less.

guys a question.did anyone tried to shipping through indian speed post .if u did what was the result?

That is called EMS.

Its fast, safe, never got any problem, cheaper, the postman will never call you and ask you to pick up the post from the office. he will handle and deliver the post responsibly. and the best thing is you can call the post office and check the status and if it was stuck for some reason  you can question them why, and they will respond in a good manner without slamming the phone,
Oh ...... did i forgot to mention , they will never give the parcel even if you go to the office and ask them, it will be delivered only to your address and no Ifs and buts. Awesome service. and it has reach to most part of India unlike some shitty couriers who says the epic center of city as out of their service area.

I always prefer EMS but only a few LHS offer them. i once had to fight with Sharma sir just because of a late courier service, and he promised that he will offer EMS as well in the future.

EMS also has an excellent tracking service.

I agree with v2 EMS is lot lot better than these courier companies ....after reading all you comments seems lyk ive to go to 400km far kolkata to pick it up...damn...even by hobbyking i get my parcel within 8 days...and this tirupati is lyk taking a world tour for delivering my parcel...

i once ordered from tirupati...its took a week....but then according to its price its cool..
i was a bit worried, but rcbazaar people were very cooperative.. so i had no worries in the process  :)

You should file a complain than guys that this courier is not good for shipping

Guys you know wat... That nonsense tirupati courier delivered my parcel to someone else :banghead: :banghead: :banghead: and now they are saying tht they cant do anything...feeling like dropping nuke on them. Guys wat to do ive suffered loss >:( >:( it was not a expensive one but still how can they be so careless...they shud take identity proof before delivering like bluedart. Im done with tirupati . I wud stop ordering from LHS if they do not stop using tirupati. Importing from hobbyking is now my only way

tirupati took about 5-6 days to reach from Rcbazaar ,my wilga 2000 plane was bent from the middle, nightmare.

I agree they are the worst. For my order, i called them up and found its is near by to my home in Mumbai. So i went and collected my order on Saturday.

Ask your LHS to speak to them instead of you speaking to them directly. This works faster.
i would be glad if Sai sir uses EMS instead. im happy i can collect it directly.
