One of my Hobbywing XRotor 40A-OPTO ESC is faulty, its not rotating motor at same speed of other motors with same throttle input?
I checked with different motor, so I confirm that it's not motor issue. How can I repair it?
Please visit video, see circled motor is rotating slower than other motors.

Does the RPM stabilise at 35% throttle for the circled motor ?

If not then inspect the connection the bullets connectors and resolder them and inspect the entire ESC for any signs of visual damage.
Finally do a ESC calibration using the pixhawk.
If the problem persists then you'll need to replace the ESC with a new one.

its early signs of the esc going bad! Replacing is always a safer option than short term fixes in multirotors!

what brand lipo is this? whats the capacity and C rating?

Is there any physical damage to the cell?

fixing a lipo cell is temporary solution, you maybe able to revive it from 2v or less all the way upto 4.2v fully charged but it will never be the same, that cell will just discharge the quickest and cause all sorts of trouble!

Probably your crash is what has caused all issues.

i meant that after the crash all these issues are coming! Do inspect for any cell punctures or cell deformation. if you have done everything correctly then speak with the seller from whom you purchased the lipo. they may help you out better
