This might hurt but it's true
The parts you have selected are wrong
A 2250kv motor with a 11 inch prop is crazy
The esc will burn as soon as you start the motor
And please post a link of the parts cause I am shooting in the dark with your setup
You need to research a lot dude

Puvan
I see
You're parts are not appropriate
The thrust:weight ratio should be 2:1
The thrust should be double the weight
This motor I think can only give you 300 gms to 350 gms of thrust
Go buy yourself a low kv motor
For the connection of the battery to the esc .. get a jst like this
http://www.quadkopters.com/product/connectors/jst-battery-pigtail-10cm-length-5pairsbag/
and solder the jst to the esc
For your information the prop you are using will burn the esc much quicker and might destroy the whole setup and the money invested in it
you can build a twin plane using these (2 motors)
If you decide to do this go for 5 inch props as they are appropriate for these motors
Get a strong motor for planes
I am not much in planes so can't suggest any motors
A it for some experienced guy to help you out

Re:

You can use this motor without any problems just change your prop to a 8" or 7" and you are good to go on a 2s.

Re:

Who told you need a 2:1 thrust ratio for TRAINER PLANES 1:1 or .8.1 is enough.

Why bro we want to go to low kv motor? what is the reason......high kv motor can produce high thrust right? can you explain.

Weather i cut the battery wire and join with Dean connector and join to the electronic speed controller?

No its exactly the opposite
High kv= low thrust and more speed of spinning the prop
Low kv=more thrust and less speed of spinning the prop as it has higher torque
Yes you can do that but it's best not to figit with batteries as any fault in soldering could damage the battery directly or indirectly

As you asked before
These batteries are made up of individual cells that are arranged in parallel circuit
s describes the number of cells in the battery
If the battery has 2 cells then it is called 2s

Re:

The connector in battery is called jst connector , and what you need on esc side is male jst connector. Other wise if the ESC already came with deans male connector, you can consider changing battery connector to deans female .

And regarding whether this motor is enough for your plane, it is -as long as your all up weight is 400gms as you told. rcrcnitesh gave you a good suggestion, 11" prop is not suitable for your motor.  you don't have to change motor but a 7" prop is more than enough.

And Darshan , your idea of relation between Kv and thrust of a motor is entirely wrong , there is no such a rule that a low kV motor gives more thrust , thrust depends upon power of motor , pitch and size of prop.
