Is it a preferential treatment to HK ;D

Time for some eduction on how to run websites ;) Basically, any website would want to maximize visitor time on their site. So the idea is to open any external sites/domains in a new browser window, so that the user can easily come back to where he left off on the original site, instead just getting sidetracked and start spending all the time elsewhere. This is what I have tried to follow here too... any external site should open in a new browser windows (or tab), regardless of whether it is LHS or HK or anything else.
