my friend , i have imported drone motors and ESC in the past , that can go through customs and pass , provided the seller does not mention Drones in the Part , simply write brushless dc motor .

But i doubt Radio transmitter will pass , better get it through a retailer in India , don't even think of import license , you won't get it , unless you are a registered company , Not a individual . You will need multiple things , Licence from DGFT and NOC From DGCA and all that shit ! it will be difficult for Radio transmitter.

To import drone parts from Dubai to India, you can explore websites like Alibaba, Banggood, or directly from manufacturers' websites. However, before proceeding, consider the following:

Customs Duties: Expect customs duties and taxes upon import. India has specific regulations for importing drones, and customs may assess duties based on the declared value of the goods.

Regulations: India has strict regulations governing drone imports. Ensure the drone parts comply with the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) guidelines. Failure to comply can lead to confiscation or legal issues.

Import License: Depending on the value and type of drone parts, you may need an import license from the Directorate General of Foreign Trade (DGFT). Research the specific requirements for your items to avoid complications.
